The first round is an online assessment via CodeSignal with three sections:

• Text answer
• Two coding questions
• One SQL question

I was able to solve all questions and achieve a 100% pass rate in each section, as scores are visible on the dashboard.

After 3-4 days, I received an email stating I was no longer being considered for the role.

No reason was given.

It appears that even with a 100% score on the assessment, one might not be invited for an in-person interview, and a profile can be rejected without explanation.

In this day and age, where everyone discusses proper feedback processes, I am disappointed that some companies still do not follow them.

This discourages candidates and creates a negative impact for the company.
