I applied via the Agoda Career System and was contacted by a recruiter one week later.
Since I am a local candidate, the first interview was a face-to-face interview with the Development Manager.
The questions for the first interview were about algorithms, data structures, scalability, and distributed systems.
Next week, I was asked by the recruiter to complete a home test, which had to be done within 7 working days. I submitted it on the fourth day and was contacted by the recruiter one week later to have a second face-to-face interview with a Senior Manager.
The questions for the second interview were the same as the first, with the addition of threads, high availability design, and soft skills/attitude.
After the second interview, which was the final interview, I waited two weeks to be contacted by the recruiter to schedule an appointment for feedback with the Senior Manager, who asked me about my current salary.
One week later, I received an offer from the Senior Manager.
