Agoda tries to create a utopia here. It really cannot make it. Thais hate foreigners because of their high income. Taiwanese and Hongkong people are against China. Thais hate Myanmar and Cambodia people. Vietnamese hate others too. Thais hate foreigners finding prostitutes, but actually, it's very normal here.
Bangkok is not a good place to manage a company. There are too many risks. Why not find an easy and peaceful country?
