During an interview, I encountered a Leetcode problem that heavily emphasized recursion. Thankfully, the interviewee I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and kind, which made the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

They are not caring about technical knowledge, only caring about algorithms. Therefore, they can only hire people who only know algorithms. They can't take people who have huge experience and ability.
