Fairly chill work environment, though that depends a lot on your team. Decent pay for the region.
The relocation itself is fairly smooth, but outside of visa stuff, you’re basically on your own.
Management quality is hit or miss (mostly miss) — some great folks, some not so much. Top management are not.
Tech leadership is mostly weak (depends on the area you’re in).
Codebase quality keeps trending in the wrong direction.
If you’re just looking to make money and live in Bangkok, it works.
If you’re hoping to level up professionally, maybe look elsewhere.
