I got the job. I told them I was allergic to dogs. They said I should take medication or not take the job. They communicated this kindly, but discrimination still feels horrible. I can have an asthma attack from dogs. It's unfortunate that their work environment poses a severe health risk to me, and they are unwilling to accommodate this.
