Had a week to prepare the presentation, which I then presented. The presentation took half a day.
It was a nice process with nice people.
I met with several different people throughout the day. The organizers of the interview process were very kind and led me through it. The process was very organized. Nothing too technical was asked.

Pros: A decent package with some good benefits.
Fully remote working.
Lots of nice people at the company.
Cons: The post-IPO version of Airbnb has a fake corporate culture. Long-term employees love the place, but senior management really doesn't care about their belonging and culture. They refuse to address problems properly, leaving people to burn out and quit.
