It was one of the worst phone interview experiences in my life.
An interviewer didn't believe that people who report to me like me as a manager and insisted on answering his questions about it, keeping half of the conversation based on that.
The recruiter's reply was a template, and my follow-up question was ignored.
After working at several startups and FAANG companies, this experience was awful.
