Front End Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

The process began with a recruiter call, followed by a technical phone screen.

On-site interviews included technical assessments and personality/fit evaluations, with one interview conducted over lunch.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. To ensure objectivity, the interviewers do not review any prior information about candidates, allowing them to assess skills more impartially.

The recruiter was exceptionally helpful in accommodating my schedule, navigating tight deadlines from other companies, and planning around an upcoming vacation.

Overall, I found the entire process to be quite smooth and relatively efficient.
