The first stage comprised five rounds:
The interviews all went very smoothly. HR was very prompt in scheduling and replying. The employees appeared to be friendly and people-oriented.
I thought the last face-to-face meeting with the team manager/lead went well. I had a decent interview experience; it was casual, relaxed, and the questions were not too difficult. The team manager/lead said they would reply by the end of the day regarding progressing to the next stages.
However, despite emailing HR twice, I have not heard from them. I thought it was common courtesy to provide a simple reply, even if it were a rejection.
This really made me question if the organization is truly as genuine and people-oriented as they have advertised themselves to be. HR and employees seem really phony to me in retrospect.
It is a true red flag when an organization's processes do not align with their so-called 'values'.
