The interviewer gave me a CoderPad and no skeleton code. That's okay; I figured it out after many questions. They were reluctant to engage, but I managed to get the necessary information.
I then suggested a completely acceptable approach, which they quickly shut down because they wanted it done their way. I then worked through their preferred method and ended up running out of time. The interviewer didn't seem eager to be there.
Later, I coded it up using my approach, and it worked perfectly fine. I haven't received any updates since the interview, which was a month ago.
