A recruiter contacted me, and after that, we had the first of two phone interviews.

The second interview was with an Airbnb engineer. After introducing himself and stating he hadn't looked at my resume or my background, he mentioned we didn't have much time and proceeded to ask me a coding question.

That's right, he didn't let me introduce myself or anything, jumping straight to the coding exercise. At the end of the interview, he again said we didn't have time as he needed to go to another interview. I still pushed to at least have a chance to ask one question, which I did, but I felt pressure and honestly a little bit frustrated by the interviewer's lack of interest in me, my experience, my story, etc.
