Process
Three rounds in total.
After a short recruiter screen, I had two 45-minute technical coding interviews on Zoom/CoderPad (data structures, algorithms, edge cases, complexity), followed by one 45-minute cross-team values interview focused on collaboration, ownership, communication, and product sense.
No heavy system design.
All interviews were virtual. Interviewers were friendly and left time for questions. The process took about two weeks from scheduling to decision.
