After applying online, I had a culture-fit phone interview that took about 30 minutes.
Following that, a technical phone screening lasted approximately 45 minutes and included general algorithm questions.
The culture-fit screening covered questions about my background, my current position, the type of work environment I was seeking, and my reasons for applying to Airbnb.
My interviewers were very nice and personable, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Find all pairs of strings in an array that produce palindromes and return a new array with those palindromes (brute-force).

Culture fit interviews weed out people who can't get along with others and do not have team belongingness. Food is not great but good; I love the micro kitchens. Good work-life balance. People are very understanding. You can say if you need to work from home for a month or a few weeks because of some family emergency. Holiday shutdown. Everyone gets off from December 20th until January 1st. That's amazing. Very competitive pay. Similar to Google, Facebook, Uber, Lyft, Stripe, etc. Business outlook is very strong.
