Process
I phone interviewed two rounds, and the experience was nice and quick.
The first round was with a man who seemed indifferent to my code.
The second was with a woman who was nice and kind. However, I could not figure out the solution.

Not much going on

Pros: Log of good things if you drink the Kool-Aid.
Tech stack is fairly modern.
Some nice and smart people to work with.
WFH. High comp.
Cons: There is so much legacy and an overcomplicated web of microservices. Changes happen pretty slowly, and you're going to be bogged down by a lot of operational stuff, mostly editing config files. On-call is difficult as the majority of people have no clue of what they are doing. Forget work-life balance, and PTO is very little. For me, the added compensation was not worth the switch, considering the environment is not as nice and the work is not interesting.
