Very welcoming. The interview experience was very different compared to most other companies. The recruiting team invested time in making me understand the process and feel comfortable, both before and during the interview. All the employees I worked with were great to interact with.

Two of my interviews had two interviewers; one was shadowing to ensure newer interviewers were performing correctly, which is a good practice.

The only downside is that it was a long process – the onsite portion had 7 rounds, lunch, and a short break.
