Process

A recruiter reached out to me with a very nice email. The first technical phone screen was not hard; it was scheduled for 45 minutes, and I finished in about 33 minutes. They use CoderPad and require the code to be compilable and fully working. They skipped the second phone screen for me and invited me directly to the onsite interview. Free lunch was provided. The onsite interviews were still 45 minutes each for coding sessions and 30 minutes each for non-coding sessions, mostly. I ran out of time for the coding sessions and didn't make them fully working. I was rejected after two days. My suggestion is to prepare/practice more for making the code fully working within the 45-minute time window before coming for the onsite. The recruiting team was very professional, friendly, helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process, especially the initial recruiter. My suggestion to the recruiting team is to better arrange one or two 10-minute breaks between the onsite sessions. I received no offer, but it was a good experience.

Questions

Tree-related, and others. Need fully working, compilable code. Can't say much, due to NDA.
