The least stressful interview process in my life! They are doing such a great job with it.
I applied online, and about a month later, I received an email inviting me to an interview. It was around Christmas time, and I had planned a three-week vacation. They agreed to schedule the interview for mid-January with no problems.
I completed one 45-minute technical interview with live coding, and then moved to the second round. This round consisted of two one-to-one technical interviews. The questions were a bit harder; they expected me to solve the problem by the end of the 45 minutes but also observed my approach.
The interviewers were very friendly and helpful! I felt like the interviews went well. I solved the first question with an optimal solution. The second question took me a bit longer to understand and solve, but I coded most of it.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next round, which would have been another interview with HR. I probably didn't code fast enough, and I couldn't understand the second question at the beginning. I'm not sure why, and they don't really give any useful feedback, which totally sucks.
However, it sounds like a great company, and I would consider applying again. The recruiter was very quick to reply and helpful!
Another con: they can't reschedule interviews.
Some data structures and array manipulation. These are basically standard average algorithm questions, but customized.
