Fully remote working.
Lots of nice people at the company.
The post-IPO version of Airbnb has a fake corporate culture. Long-term employees love the place, but senior management really doesn't care about their belonging and culture. They refuse to address problems properly, leaving people to burn out and quit.
You need to look after your people a lot better.
