Pros

Company led by untalented managers, making a profit off of people’s homes for a fee and a cost to the community.

Cons

Company led by untalented people, racial discrimination, no consideration for the community.

Many engineers don’t last more than 1-2 years at most.

Executive staff is making a profit hiring and laying off employees to do the heavy lifting. When the work is complete, they have no intention of keeping you. They will lure you in with long-term incentives that they have no intention of paying you off with. They treat employees badly.

Don’t be convinced easily with perks and amenities. Any company can flash you with words and flashy things, but at the end of the day, these bozos don’t deliver.

This company is not what you think. The executive staff runs a mediocre web page, making a living by profiting off the community, listing other people’s property to make a fee.

A hotel builds a building and caters to your needs. These people would have you stay with anyone off the street with no concern about you or your loved ones.
