Pros

Sometimes, the food is good. It used to be really good before they fired all the kitchen staff.

Cons

Fake "core values." The company promotes core values but treats employees like cattle.

  • Contractors are treated as second-class and degraded.
  • Most work is sent to contractors who are then fired immediately if they speak out on any errors or problem employees.
  • Families are not a priority. No family members (wives) are included in any events and work hours are expected to be throughout the evening.
Advice to Management

Actions speak louder than words. If you want to have core values, start at Airbnb.
