Company really stresses and lives by its core values.
Upper management is open about what's happening.
Work/life balance is amazing.
Company really tries to take care of its employees; it added an extra week of "Wellbeing" days to help people adjust for COVID.
Compensation is comparable to the top-tier companies (even after the IPO).
The office is still closed due to Covid, with very distant plans to reopen. I miss the office.
