The interview was conducted by another company, not Airbnb itself. The woman was very nice and helpful. The interview was by phone, and the first question they asked was: "Tell me about yourself." After that, there was one coding problem.

Phone interview: * One question on coding. * No discussion on resume. The interviewer discussed the code and approach and then had me write on the editor. The interviewer was very helpful and provided guidance.
