The business has good potential. The culture is great. Most people are very nice. Benefits are above average. The office is very beautiful. Great IT equipment.
The management is mediocre. I heard there are people who got promoted to very high levels for trash products. I never saw those cases, though. The tech vision and leadership are weak. The data tech stack is absurd; I can't get my work done under such a development environment.
