It seems the hiring process is very strict and weird. I had a telephonic interview that lasted 45 minutes. The interviewer did not ask me any questions about my background and directly jumped to a coding question. They use CoderPad for the interview.
1 Code Screen and 1 Onsite. The onsite includes: * Code Review * Engineering Experience * Coding * System Design There are some recruiter calls in between the rounds. I would say that you should practice speed for the Code Review round.
Interviewed with Airbnb and advanced to team matching. After talking with a few hiring managers, the recruiter went silent for months despite multiple follow-ups. Candidate experience matters, especially after investing time in interviews.
