This is a political hub. If you are not ready to work with some incompetent TLs who are stupid and don't know how to design good software, come here. Most of the TLs are just good at kissing a**. They will make terrible designs to fool the leadership. You will just need to live with it, and you will be fine.
1 Code Screen and 1 Onsite. The onsite includes: * Code Review * Engineering Experience * Coding * System Design There are some recruiter calls in between the rounds. I would say that you should practice speed for the Code Review round.
It seems the hiring process is very strict and weird. I had a telephonic interview that lasted 45 minutes. The interviewer did not ask me any questions about my background and directly jumped to a coding question. They use CoderPad for the interview.
