I was invited to talk with the recruiters at a restaurant. They then sent me a coding challenge, which, if passed, led to an in-person interview. Overall, it was a very good interview process.

The interview was conducted by another company, not Airbnb itself. The woman was very nice and helpful. The interview was by phone, and the first question they asked was: "Tell me about yourself." After that, there was one coding problem.
