At the time, it was an alright position with the company still on the up and coming, but I'm sure it has changed by now.

They offer you either a phone interview or an online test. I would recommend the online test and to cheat, as the level of questions is freaking hard. If you go for the phone interview, it's going to be harder, as the level of questions is too high.
