They care so much about the interns having a great summer, and the pay is great.
This is SUCH a wonderful up-and-coming company to work for, with the best of both worlds from startups and larger companies.
It's growing super quickly. There are a lot more resources from which interns and new grads can learn, but there's still SO much room for growth.
Overall employee demographic tends to be a bit on the young side.
