Weekly Friday happy hour. Great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Healthy snacks. Well-behaved dogs allowed in the office. Very long maternity and paternity leave. Very flexible work schedule. Very interesting coworkers. Fast-growing, with lots of room for advancement. Located in the heart of San Francisco.
Very high expectations of employees. Even though it is growing quickly, the bar is set incredibly high for hiring. The IT department is slow.
Employer-sponsored childcare nearby or somewhere in the building would be a great benefit for employees starting to have children. As the office gets older, people are starting to have children, and they can be very distracting in the actual office.
The interview process was pretty terrible. I would suggest looking elsewhere or using this company for practice interviews (for other companies) if you want to leave with a positive experience, whether rejected or not. I went all the way to the onsi
The interview process was lengthy and tough, but the questions were fun to solve. The interviewer was nice as well. I would interview again in the future. This was last year. Not sure what else to include here in the review.
Asked technical and culture fit questions. I remember them asking about the company's four core values and how they might apply to me. I ended up talking about my past experiences.
