I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
I was applying for an Engineering Manager position, and confirmed with the recruiter about the expectations and was told that the position will be decided after the interview.
There were:
- One online interview
- Two onsite interviews
- One director interview
- Coding homework
All rounds of interviewers were asking about coding/system design/project details. The weird part is that I was never asked about any team/people management related questions, even if I double confirmed that I'm applying for a manager position.
This made me really concerned about the company culture so eventually it resulted in a mutual no.
