Process
I applied online. The process took two weeks.
Interviewer was quite nice:
- 1st part: Talk about your project
- 2nd part: Simple coding; they will assess you on the code cleanliness, structure, naming, error handling, correctness.
I forgot to do error handling, hence it was a big red flag. But overall the process was good. I hope in the future I will have a chance to work with them again.

Pros: You can take on a lot of ownership from the get-go, and leadership will support you and look for opportunities for growth as much as possible.
Still very much in a hyper-growth phase, there are a lot of interesting and ambitious projects on the roadmap that are exciting from an engineering perspective.
Cons: Expectations are high, and you'll be given the support you need, but ultimately you need to deliver. For some people, this might not be the right fit.
