Pros: - Free snacks and catered lunches - Amazing support and staff

Cons: - It is very fast paced, and you have got to be on top of the work.

Pros: - Business is growing fast, with revenue and gross profits tripling YoY even in the current economic condition, and is on track to go public. - There is equity in the company for every employee. - It moves very fast, with an action-packed, entrepreneurial culture. - It uses a state-of-the-art tech stack and is always experimenting with the latest technologies, providing a lot of learning opportunities. - There are top-notch developers.

Cons: The work-life balance definitely shifts towards the work side.

Pros: I can only say that the tech stack is modern.

Cons: Highly authoritarian management style. You will feel the micromanagement in engineering every day constantly. Don't expect any high trust and ownership to be given. In addition, people expose all their private life details to get leaves. When people have to get sick leave, they feel quite sorry and try to work as much as possible when they are sick. You can imagine the rest of the working culture. I'd especially stay away from the Amsterdam Engineering office, because the management is pretty bad there.
