The interviewer was extremely uncooperative and didn't respond appropriately to the candidate's questions. He showed no respect for the candidate, and the question being asked was also poorly written. Please watch out for interviewers like those.

Pros: 1. People are committed to helping newcomers. My mentor helped me quickly get familiar with my tasks when I joined the company.
2. The technical atmosphere is good, and there are regular technical conferences. People are committed to sharing knowledge.
3. Goals are clear, and developing tasks are well distributed. I know what I should do and move forward at a steady pace.
Cons: 1. Infrastructure such as networking is not perfect, and sometimes it slows down my development.
2. Code repos are not well documented, and it takes some time to do the preparation work before coding when switching to a new codebase.

Pros: Flat structure, lots of autonomy to own your work and take it in the direction you want, heaps of opportunity to grow beyond your role, a well-stocked pantry, a great office location in the city, and team mates who are genuinely nice and helpful.
Cons: The fast pace, ambiguity, and unpredictability that come with any high-growth startup may not be for everyone.
