- People are committed to helping newcomers. My mentor helped me quickly get familiar with my tasks when I joined the company.
- The technical atmosphere is good, and there are regular technical conferences. People are committed to sharing knowledge.
- Goals are clear, and developing tasks are well distributed. I know what I should do and move forward at a steady pace.
- Infrastructure such as networking is not perfect, and sometimes it slows down my development.
- Code repos are not well documented, and it takes some time to do the preparation work before coding when switching to a new codebase.
