below average pay no benefits no leadership from the CEO and senior management all the good managers who quit or are pushed out CEO who yells at team members publicly no product or market strategy who dont understand the Australian market expected to work 9-9-6 no work life balance relies on good PR instead of doing anything actually innovative secretive culture no respect for Australian culture
Stop forcing people to write fake reviews on here and do some work to fix the culture.
HR is doing the best they can with bad leadership and culture from the top.
