Dynamic work environment but requires self-direction
- Lots of great things to work on, and the company is very active, and there is a lot of work to choose from
- Peers are professional and friendly
- Great AI tooling and integration for getting work done efficiently
- Despite its size, the atmosphere is a lot more like a startup, and you need to be able to handle ambiguity and get clarification on your goals independently.
- However, there is a lot of change management that has been introduced, so you can't quite work like you could in a startup. In some sense, you get the worst of both worlds. But these challenges can be overcome, and you just need to drive your work.
