Not very happy with the process. In the first round of phone screening, she recommended relocating to Singapore all the way; it seemed like she did not understand the background or structure of Mel’s team.

The interviewer asks many language specific knowledge, which is Java, but he did not ask me whether I'm good at it or not. Also, the interviewer is not very focused on the interview.
