First, an HR phone interview, then a tech interview. I was then invited for an on-site interview with a team of 4 members, lasting 45 minutes each. They asked questions relevant to the job.
People were down to earth, working on cutting-edge stuff.
Unfortunately, I was not selected because they went with someone who has worked more closely with the technology.

An extensive and detailed training program will be applied to every employee. I learned a whole lot of technical knowledge as well as presentation skills from this training. Everybody in the office is super fun and friendly – I get to know them on a personal level. They pay interns/co-ops very well too!Cons: I don't have any cons to point out. Cannot complain :)
