Pros: Professional people, a transparent CEO, and HR people work hard to run things smoothly. Technical people are very solid.
Lots of things to learn.
Even the water filtration system they have in the pantry produces great-tasting water.
Cons: Nothing about the company.
The company itself is a great place to work. But the city of Cambridge, MA and state of Massachusetts. I hate it.
Way too much taxes. Parking is a privilege rather than a right. Rent is ridiculous.
