Pros: Great company to work for, especially for people who love coding and like to learn multiple technologies. So much career opportunity is there to grow. Everything is balanced here with respect to monetary and work-life balance.
Cons: Expectations from the manager are high. Sometimes you need to stretch yourself, but I think it happens with all companies.
