Senior Developer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
I got a call on April 8th and attended the interview on April 10th.
There were 3 technical rounds, which lasted for 5 hours.
The manager wanted to meet me for a managerial round.
Since I traveled from Whitefield to Salarpuria Sattva to attend the interview in this summer, and after attending 5 hours of technical rounds, I asked them to reschedule the managerial round for the next week.
But the managerial round never happened. After 5-8 follow-ups, the HR finally told me the position was filled and they did not want to go ahead.
Are they joking? I want to use as many slangs as I can, but you cannot change the system of a company.
Please attend the interview if it's an urgent requirement; otherwise, do not go for the interview.
Very bad management and HR. They do not even ask for coffee or water.
Questions
Database design, SQL queries, Data structures, Core Java.
These people are not good at multithreading, so do not prepare for multithreading. Prepare for DB design. They will have a laptop and will open Google and ask questions.
