Pros: Great Work-Life Balance Get to explore new tools and technologies. WFH setup for new joiners. Good increments (8-10%) every year. Good office location. Before COVID, a lot of flexibility was there. After COVID, the company is also giving flexible WFH options.

Cons: Some teams work in a service-based company style. The projects for the back office are still old style (same file and DB conversions). Projects get halted more often (like 1-2 years). Blaming is high. Managers have a bad attitude towards the team in general. I have seen managers shouting on calls for a small miss which doesn't make much impact. Micromanaging is being done by putting a daily sync call every day. Every year, upgrading the same kind of applications. Finally, it's up to your manager for promoting you.

Pros: Remote job positions for all employees.

Cons: Less salary than the competitors.

Pros: Strong engineering team that can teach you a lot.

Cons: The business is in a very competitive space.
