Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) Interview Experience - Montreal, Quebec

Process

First, I got a phone call from a recruiter: what I knew about the company, why this role, etc.

Second was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager: mostly behavioral, with 2-3 short technical questions.

Finally, a 90-minute interview. The first 30 minutes were with the hiring manager again and someone on the team for a behavioral interview, and the remaining 60 were with 2 members on the team doing a technical interview. Pretty basic DSA (allowed to use the internet).

Questions

Check for a palindrome given a string. I had to do it in a language I didn’t know (was allowed to use the internet).
