Process
The hiring manager was very condescending. He would ask me about my experience and then cut me off when I was talking. He would ask me a question and then say right after, "No need to answer that; I will explain."
He then asked me where I was "originally" from and how old I was. What do my heritage or age have to do with my years of experience as a software engineer? Very unprofessional.
