It's a long interview process here at Akamai. It took me almost a month, which is fair enough, as they also check if one is a cultural fit apart from your job responsibilities.
First 30 minutes where you meet with someone from the team. Then a combined behavioral and technical interview (live HackerRank) (45 minutes + 45 minutes + 15 minute break in between the interviews).
The first round was with the hiring manager. He was very friendly and asked behavioral questions. Most of the questions were based on work style. After a week, I received a HackerRank assessment which had 3 questions. They weren't exactly LeetCode s
