Great compensation. Lots of data, lots of technologies. Good people.
In my time, CI and Dev-Ops were really behind. CI was always red up to release date. I hear they improved since then.
Also, they always had the feeling of "let's invent everything and not use open-source," resulting in many in-house tools.
