My manager is not too pushy. My work is building up embedded systems to monitor the datacenter.
Few talks between others. The hardware group is too small, and the company is for software. So most of the time, our group is working on how to solve others' problems. We have no our own hardware products.
Talk more and give suggestions to each other.
