Very smart co-workers, the average floor IQ is very high. Flexible hours, managers are very professional. All employees are equally respected and treated. Everything is so perfect.

So many things to learn. No restriction in learning. You can learn things outside your domain. If you are working in support, still everything is available for you to learn. Akamai has one of the largest CDNs; you can learn hardcore networking here.
No extra hours, just work as per your timings and with predefined weekly hours. No need to extend.
Work-life balance is just awesome.
Not much. It's a little difficult to get recognized in a big organization. I haven't felt that, but that's what I can think of.
