Great mix of technologies, relevant to cloud services. Good work-life balance. Good people in engineering.
Too much big corp stuff has crept in. We've moved away from engineering-oriented to sales-oriented. Too much focus on DEI, it feels forced and fake at times.
Be more honest with us.
Cut the weasel-words around delays of raises and position shifts (including layoffs).
No, all-remote is not as good as in-person relationships, no matter how much you pat yourselves on the back about it.
